All prices are quoted in USD, FOB Shenzhen, valid for 30 days. Production starts after deposit and approved digital mockup; artwork approval is the buyer's responsibility. We keep 2% extra pieces for quality replacement. Claims for defects must be raised within 15 days of delivery with photos. Force majeure, customs delay and carrier delay are outside our control. What is your MOQ for custom uniforms?
10 pcs per style, mixed sizes accepted. Below 10 pcs we still produce, with a small-quantity surcharge.
Can I get a free mockup before ordering?
Yes. Send your logo, colors and reference photos; our design team returns a digital mockup within 24 hours, free of charge.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
7-10 days for samples after artwork approval, 15-25 days for bulk after sample sign-off. Rush orders can be arranged.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes - woven neck labels, hangtags, size stickers, polybags and gift boxes are all customizable.
How do you guarantee quality?
Inline QC every 20 pieces, AQL 2.5 final inspection, and pre-shipment photos or third-party inspection on request.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes, we handle FNSKU labels, polybag barcodes and carton labeling for FBA shipments.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal and Western Union for small amounts. 30% deposit / 70% before shipment.
